The staff, especially Tiffany, made our experience unforgettable with their personalized greetings. Additionally, the valet parking was a convenient touch that eased our arrival during a busy conference week.

Convenient location near local attractions.
My stay was frustrating from the beginning. Upon check-in, I discovered I was charged for parking, which I had not been informed of earlier. The room assigned to me faced a dull wall, making my stay even less enjoyable, and I had trouble getting the receipt because I booked through a third party.

Perfect location near The North Market and good restaurants. Loved the spacious room and cleanliness. The staff were super friendly, especially Clifford in the morning who made great coffee. Breakfast had solid choices and a lively dining area. However, the pull-out couch mattress was thin and lacked pillows. The noise from the adjoining room was annoying, felt like I could hear everything. Also, parking was $35 a night, which added up. I appreciated how accommodating the staff were with our early baggage drop-off, but it would’ve been nice if our room was ready sooner. Would consider staying again for the location and friendly service but hope for better room conditions next time.

great location but room for improvement
The location was perfect for our conference, making it easy to get to various events. The hot breakfast options were a highlight, providing a satisfying start to our days. The staff consistently impressed us with their friendliness and willingness to help! I also enjoyed the tidy snack bins that kept our snacks organized compared to grocery bags scattered everywhere.
The noise levels in certain areas were a bit distracting at times.

Great spot in the heart of the city!
Spent 2 nights here and it was really nice! The rooms are clean and super comfy. Loved that it's right downtown, so we could easily walk to places for food and drinks. Tarique at the valet was awesome, super helpful! Just wish there was a restaurant on-site since it's a hassle to go out late for food.
